By accessing, browsing, scraping, or utilizing movifeed.com ("Movifeed", the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any provision stated herein, you must immediately cease all access to Movifeed. You must be at least 13 years of age to access our service. Movifeed does not maintain editorial control or custody over external server storage.
3. DMCA Copyright Notice & Takedown Procedure

Response Commitment: Upon receipt of a valid, complete DMCA notice, Movifeed will expeditiously review and delist the reported external hyperlink within 24 to 48 business hours.
4. Intellectual Property Rights & Fair Use
The design, code, logos, layout, database schemas, and proprietary editorial articles on Movifeed are the intellectual property of Movifeed Media and protected under international copyright and trademark laws.

5. Permitted & Prohibited User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

- Attempting to probe, scan, or breach the security of our web servers, database clusters, or firewall infrastructure.
- Launching Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) or high-concurrency stress attacks against Movifeed endpoints.
- Submitting fraudulent, malicious, or abusive reports through our contact and feedback forms.
- Framing, mirroring, or reverse-engineering any portion of the Movifeed user interface without authorization.
6. External Streaming Hosts & Third-Party Content
Movifeed contains links to external streaming mirror services that are owned and operated by independent third parties. Movifeed does not investigate, verify, or endorse the content, safety, audio quality, video encoding, or legality of media streamed via external hosts.
Your interactions with external streaming hosts, including any data shared or cookies accepted on those domains, are solely between you and the respective third-party provider.

MOVIFEED DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES, NOR DO WE WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY THIRD-PARTY STREAMING MIRROR OR LINK INDEXED.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MOVIFEED MEDIA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, HARDWARE MALFUNCTION, OR BANDWIDTH OVERAGE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
9. Indemnification
